4. Returns : We hope that you will love every purchase with us. But if ever a product has any manufacturing defect or has any variation from product selected in order you can return it in its original condition by informing to us along with product snapshots within 48 hours of receiving the product. If the variation or defect found genuine by our quality team, then we will refund the payment or issue cash voucher, as per your preferred choice. In case of any issues related to manufacturing defect after using the product, customer has to approach us within 30 days from the receipt of delivery.
4.1 Size Exchange: In case you receive the same product you have ordered but still need size exchange, then you can send the request to us within 10 days of receiving the product to email@example.com or call +918196922333, 0161-5048700. In case the desired product for size exchange is unavailable with us then we will issue cash voucher so that customer can place the new order by redeeming it on our website. (Size Exchange is subject to availability of the required product)
In such cases, we will arrange reverse pick-up and delivery for your order. But in case your area does not serve by any of our logistic partners for re pick-up and delivery then you will have to ship it from your end and you will be reimbursed with Rs. 100/- in the form of cash voucher in your account.
