1.2 What is Cash on Delivery?
Cash on Delivery allows you to pay for your order with cash at the time of delivery. Montecarlo.in offers Cash on Delivery option for all orders on most of the delivery locations. Value of the Order should be equal to or more than Rs 1000/-. To place an order and pay for it using Cash on Delivery (COD), please select the 'Cash on Delivery' option on the payment page.
1.3 Why can't I see the COD option on my payment page?
If you do not see a COD option on your payment page, this may be due to one of the following reasons:
1. Your order value may be below Rs. 1000 OR
2. Our courier partners may not support Cash on Delivery option on your delivery address.
1.4 Is there any extra charge I have to pay for Cash on Delivery?
No, Montecarlo.in does not charge anything extra for Cash on Delivery facility.
2.1 How to place an order?

2.2 How much time it would take to get me my order?
Normally it takes 3 to 7 days to reach to your doorstep from the date of order placed. (Delivery time may be exceeded depending upon your location).
2.3 How orders on Montecarlo.in are delivered to me?
We send your order through reputed couriers (Depending upon your location).
2.4 How would Monte Carlo intimate me when my order is dispatched from its warehouse?
We always keep you informed with the progress of your order. Once your order is shipped from our end, you shall receive an SMS and an Email mentioning the shipping detail such as Courier Company, Docket No.

4. Returns: We hope that you will love every purchase with us. But if ever a customer doesn’t like the delivered product or the product is not as per the expectation then the customer can return the same in its original condition by informing us within 7 days of receiving the product. In such cases, we will add the paid value in customer wallet for further purchases on our website after the return of the product. No payment refund will be given in such cases. No return Request will be entertained if the wallet credit/Voucher was already redeemed in the order.
Also, if ever delivered product has any manufacturing defect or has any variation from the product selected in order then you can return it in its original condition by informing to us along with product snapshots within 48 hours of receiving the product. If the variation or defect found genuine by our quality team, then we will refund the payment in your bank account or add the paid value in customer wallet for further purchases on our website. In case of any issues related to a manufacturing defect after using the product, the customer has to approach us within 30 days from the receipt of delivery.
4.1 Size, Colour & Product Change: We do not entertain Size, color, and product change requests after placing the order with us. In case the customer wants to return the delivered product due to above reason then Customer can raise the Product Return Request with us within the 7 days of receiving the product. Once we received the product at our warehouse then we will add the paid amount in montecarlo.in account. So that customer can place the new order by redeeming it on our website. Normally return process will take 7 to 10 business days.
In such cases, we will arrange reverse pick-up for your order. But in case your area does not serve by any of our logistic partners for re pick-up and delivery then you will have to ship it from your end and you will be reimbursed with Rs. 100/- in the form of credit in your wallet. No return Request will be entertained if the wallet credit/Voucher was already redeemed in the order.
There are few things which you need to make sure before returning a product.
All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact, and should not be broken or tampered with.
· In case you had purchased an item which had a free gift associated with it and you wish to return the item, please also return the free gift.
5. Cancellation or Modification
5.1 Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can but you can do so within 6 hours of placing an order or before we have processed your order by contacting our customer care team at +91 8196922333, 0161-5048700.
5.2 Can I modify my order once it is placed?
No, you can't modify the size, color, product & shipping address once the order gets placed. In such cases, orders can be canceled before shipping.
5.3 When and how would I receive a refund of order I have canceled?
If you had placed an order by selecting Cash on delivery option, there is no amount to refund because you haven't paid for that. And if you have placed the order by using Credit/Debit card or Paytm or Net banking then we will refund the money in the form of credit in Customer wallet for further purchase on our website
6. Coupons and Cash Vouchers/Credit amount in wallet
If there is any refund situation or any promotional campaigns in which we issue you a cash voucher or coupon, you can redeem the same in the following ways at the time of placing the order. Click on my cart > Click on Order Summary > Enter the voucher code in the field next to the voucher code row > Click on Add > you will see your voucher is added to the cart and has the predefined value.
To redeem the credit amount, kindly follow the follow below given steps.
- Select the product you want to purchase and then add to cart.
- Click on apply credit and enter the amount you want to redeem then click on apply.
