SHIPPING & RETURN POLICIES
We dispatch your order through reputed logistics partner (Depending upon your location).
Normally, we ship your order within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the order and it takes 3 to 7 business days to reach to your doorstep. (Delivery time may be exceeded depends upon your location). In case of any issue related to delivery of order, customer has to report us within 24 hours from date of order shipping, no complaint after 30 days will be entertained.
We always keep you informed with the progress of your order. Once your order is shipped from our end, you shall receive an SMS and an Email mentioning the shipping detail such as Courier Company, Docket No etc.
We hope that you will love every purchase with us. But if ever a customer doesn’t like the delivered product or the product is not as per the expectation then the customer can return the same in its original condition by informing us within 7 days of receiving the product. In such cases, we will add the paid order value in customer wallet for further purchases on our website after the return of the product.
No payment refund will be given in such cases. No return Request will be entertained if the wallet credit/Voucher was already redeemed in the order.
Also, if ever delivered product has any manufacturing defect or has any variation from the product selected in order then you can return it in its original condition by informing to us along with product snapshots within 7 days of receiving the product.
If the variation or defect found genuine by our quality team, then we will refund the payment in your bank account or add the paid value in customer wallet for further purchases on our website. In case of any issues related to a manufacturing defect after using the product, the customer has to approach us within 30 days from the receipt of delivery.

Once we received the product at our warehouse then we will add the paid amount in Montecarlo.in account only after being satisfied that the product is unused, tags intact, and not damaged. If it is found that any of the conditions are not being met then the company/ seller shall discard the refund and there will be no return a such of the product.
Normally return process will take 7 to 10 business days.
In such cases, we will arrange reverse pick-up for your order. But in case your area does not serve by any of our logistic partners for re pick-up and delivery then you will have to ship it from your end and you will be reimbursed with Rs. 100/- in the form of credit in your wallet.
However, exchange/return request will not be considered more than once. You can return the product(s) to the following address:

No return Request will be entertained if the wallet credit/Voucher was already redeemed in the order.
There are few things which you need to make sure before returning a product.
All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact, and should not be broken or tampered with.
Further, it is made clear that the return of the product ordered by the customer shall be the discretion of the company/ seller and in case the product is found to be different then what was ordered then there shall be no return as well as refund. The seller shall take no responsibility of the product, and the return shall only be at the discretion of the company/ seller.
In case you had purchased an item which had a free gift associated with it and you wish to return the item, please also return the free gift.
Cancellation or Modification
You can cancel order only before we have processed your order. You can do so by contacting to our customer care at +91 8196922333, 0161-5048700, 18001800501.If the order is already processed for shipping than we won’t be able to cancel it.
You cannot modify the size, color or shipping address of your order
If you had placed order by selecting Cash on delivery option, there is no amount to refund because you haven't paid for that. And if you have placed the order by using Credit/Debit card or Net banking then we will add the paid order value in customer wallet for further purchases on our website
The refund shall only be at the company’s discretion and if any product found to be different then what was delivered then there shall be no return as well as refund.
Coupons and Cash Vouchers
If there is any refund situation or any promotional campaigns in which we issue you a cash voucher or coupon, you can redeem the same in the following ways at the time of placing the order. Click on my cart > Click on Order Summary > Enter the voucher code in the field next to the voucher code row > Click on Add > you will see your voucher is added to the cart and has the predefined value.
